Started at IBM in the property dept. Moved on to the Construction and Waste Industry in early 90s with leading independent Drinkwater Sabey Ltd. Worked for major Independent Aggregate/Concrete/Waste company prior to moving to TJ Group in 2012

Started as Commercial Mgr and became Commercial Director in 2016.
I look after the Sales, Commercial and Procurement activities.
