At TJ, we continue to offer exceptional training opportunities to our drivers, including Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) driver training, and an annual Health and Safety Induction which encompasses the latest industry updates.

TJ’s eighth annual health and safety staff inductions, which took place in January, were a great success! The training was delivered face-to-face for the first time since before the pandemic and this format was extremely well received by all.

We’re preparing for our eighth annual health and safety staff induction event, which will take place throughout January.

This week is National Road Safety Week (19-25 November). As a FORS Silver Status transport company and a responsible haulage provider, we’re committed to road safety. We’re constantly working to ensure compliance, we have a strong focus on driver training and we prioritise cycle safety through our Cycle Safe Campaign.

This week is National Bike Week (5-11 June). This year marks the 100th annual bike week - dubbed Bike Week 100 - providing the ideal opportunity to get involved, even if it’s your first time doing so.

This week marks World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2023 (28 April), the key aim of which is to raise awareness of workplace safety and health issues, and promote international cooperation and collaboration.

TJ has maintained their FORS Silver accreditation for the sixth consecutive year, confirming their status as one of the leading SME transport companies in the southern region.

TJ’s seventh annual health and safety inductions have proved a resounding success! We’re pleased to report a 100% completion rate, meaning that each and every member of staff completed the training within the required timescales.

TJ is preparing for their seventh annual health and safety staff induction event, which will take place throughout January. The training will be delivered virtually - as it has for the past two years due to the pandemic - as this method has proved extremely successful and is favoured by staff.

TJ’s sixth annual health and safety training event has proved to be a success yet again, with 100% of staff completing the training virtually.
